Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026. By purchasing or using any Nexa Store product, you agree to the following terms.
1. License
All Nexa Store products are sold under a personal, non-transferable license. You may use the resource on one FiveM server. Redistribution, resale or sharing of any purchased resource — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited.
- Escrow resources may not be decompiled, reversed or modified
- Open-source resources may be modified for personal server use only
- Purchased licenses are non-transferable between owners
2. Payments & Checkout
All payments are processed securely by Tebex. Nexa Store does not store payment card details. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may be subject to regional tax at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of FiveM resources, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered after a resource has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us via Discord before requesting a refund through Tebex.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:
- Duplicate purchases made within 24 hours
- Products that are clearly misdescribed
- Tebex-mandated refunds under consumer protection laws
4. Updates
Lifetime updates are provided on eligible products as long as Nexa Store continues to maintain them. We reserve the right to discontinue a product with reasonable notice. Updates are delivered automatically through Tebex Keymaster.
5. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our Discord server. We aim to respond to all tickets within 48 hours. Support covers installation, configuration and bug reports — it does not cover custom development or framework modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All Nexa Store scripts, UI assets, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Nexa Store. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the resource — it does not transfer ownership.
7. Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to fulfil orders and provide support. Purchase data is handled by Tebex under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Discord support interactions are subject to Discord's privacy policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will announce significant changes in our Discord server.
